      I, the undersigned, certify that I am legally authorized and entitled to take possession 
      of the described vehicle and all personal property therein. As the owner or authorized 
      agent of the vehicle, I authorize The Quick Towing Company Ltd. to undertake whatever is 
      necessary to gain access, enter, start, tow, or winch it. I hereby waive any and all rights 
      or claims against The Quick Towing Company Ltd. and its employees for damages or injury to 
      the motor vehicle, passengers, or contents.
    

2. Authorization & Responsibility

You confirm you have the legal right to request towing or roadside services for the vehicle in question.
You understand any personal belongings left in the vehicle remain your responsibility. The Quick Towing Company Ltd. is not liable for lost or damaged items.

3. Limitations of Liability

We provide services on a best-effort basis, considering road conditions, weather, and other variables.
While we take all reasonable precautions, The Quick Towing Company Ltd. is not liable for:
- Incidental or consequential damages, including damages arising from towing, recovery, lockouts, tire changes, jumpstarts, or the vehicle being left unattended.
- Delays or unavailability of services due to external factors (e.g., severe weather, high call volume).
